An engagement module allows you to see a dedicated timeline view of customer email communications and meetings.
This module requires your organization to add Catalyst as a trusted application. Once configured, each Catalyst user can individually authenticate their Microsoft or Gmail email accounts with Catalyst.
Add an engagement module to a new or existing layout
You can add the engagements module to account object-level layouts that you own. Admins can add modules to all layouts.
- From the tree menu of an account object level layout, click + New Layout to create a new layout from scratch, or click to edit an existing layout > Add Module.
- Enter a name for your new module.
- From the list of module types, click Engagement.
- Click Add Module to add the module to the layout. Resize the module as needed.
- Click Save Changes to save the layout.
Emails between account contacts and any Catalyst user who has configured email integration will appear in the module. You can search keywords in the email subject line and filter contacts by date.
