Exclude null values from health scores
You can now optimize health scores with input-level exclusions. When a customer doesn't have data for a particular field that's used for a health input, Catalyst can skip that input in the account's health score calculation.
Previously, if a customer input didn't qualify for a Healthy
or At Risk
threshold due to missing data, the calculation would score that input as Neutral
. This adjustment provides a much more precise result when a data point is simply not available.
Considerations
- This option is not enabled by default; admins can enable this option, input by input when editing a health profile.
- If all inputs in a group are null, the group score will reflect as null.
