API Enhancements: Deeper Insights into Email, Engagement, and Health Data
We're excited to introduce Catalyst API enhancements that make it easier to track email performance, manage unsubscribe, monitor health score changes, and analyze customer engagement!
Unsubscribe Management Endpoint
A new /unsubscribed endpoint lets you view who has opted out of marketing emails—making it easy to track unsubscribes across campaigns and manage subscriber lists programmatically.
Enhanced Email Tracking
The /emails endpoint now includes additional fields for greater visibility:

unsubscribed_rate: Percentage of recipients who unsubscribed -
replied_rate: Percentage of recipients who replied -
replied_at: Timestamp for when replies occurred -
email_template_id: Identifies the playbook template used
Playbook Template Insights
The /playbooks/{playbook_id}/email_templates endpoint now includes unsubscribed_rate, helping you analyze unsubscribe trends across all emails within a playbook.
Health Score Date Filtering
The /health_scores endpoint now includes score_updated_at, allowing you to filter health scores by the date they actually changed. This helps you track score trends over time and pinpoint customer health shifts.
This feature applies to health score changes recorded on or after October 31, 2025.
Custom Field Selection
A new attributes filter for /accounts, /notes, and /tasks endpoints let you specify exactly which fields you need—beyond the defaults. You can even include custom or calculated fields you’ve created in Catalyst, giving you flexibility to tailor API responses to your reporting needs.
