Supercharge your playbooks with cross-object data

Whether you’re automating customer interactions, internal processes, or complex workflows, you can now build smarter, more dynamic playbooks that respond to a wider range of business needs.

Following the recent enhancement to filter segments across objects, you can now leverage cross-object data when building playbooks in the following areas:

  1. Entry conditions
    Use cross-object data to trigger a playbook. 

    Example: Trigger account playbook based on conversations (additional object) where Conversation Title contains the word upgrade.

  2. Branches
    Use cross-object data when building a branch with custom filters.

    Example: Branch an account playbook based on contact where a Main Contact has a different flow than an end user.

  3. Exit overrides
    Tailor exits with greater precision using data from another object.

    Example: Remove an account from the playbook when there is an opportunity type of Expansion and Close Date within the next 90 days.
