Optionally bring your signal-ready status and last action data into Salesforce. This visibility gives your teams in Salesforce the same insight into customer expansion readiness as teams in Catalyst. Catalyst syncs signal data (one-way) to Salesforce once per day at 8AM UTC.
Watch this video to see signals in action.
1. Create signal fields in Salesforce
Your Salesforce admin must first create a field in Salesforce for each Catalyst signal.
- Create global picklist value sets: One for
[signal name]
and one for[signal name] Last Action
. These fields must be single picklist fields and should be read-only in Salesforce. - Update the API values of each field to ensure data syncs correctly. These values must be an exact match in order to successfully sync.
