A UserGems integration for champion tracking allows your teams in Catalyst to get notified when a contact leaves their organization and proactively build new relationships faster.
How the UserGems integration works
This is a paid add-on that you can purchase through the Catalyst sales team. The following steps should be done by an administrative user in Salesforce.
- Connect your Salesforce API: https://app.usergems.com/signup/catalyst
- In Salesforce, create contact report of customer contacts to track.
- Mandatory Fields: Email
- Optional Fields: First Name, Last Name, Company Name
- Create a Boolean field on the contact object, called UserGems - No longer at company.
- Sync that Salesforce field with Catalyst.
- Send an email to the Catalyst support team with the following information:
- Your Salesforce report link
- Confirm the new field is created and synced in Catalyst
- The Catalyst support team will then configure a workflow to automate your Churn Prevention playbook that includes a full sequence of automated alerts, email communications, and more (e.g., align with executive new hire). Catalyst updates contact statuses on a monthly basis.
