  • All roles with access level "limited" or higher
  • Available on all plans

Customer health gives you insight into how a customer is doing according to an "ideal" profile.

 

About health scoring

Catalyst generates an ultimate account score that maps to the following core fields on the account object:

  • Health: Health, at risk, neutral (picklist)
  • Numeric Health Score: Calculated from input scores and group scores within each profile

Catalyst also scores the most impactful field (raspberry color) to help you identify the input that is bringing the account score down the most. Focusing on improving this input would have the biggest impact on improving the account score.

Where to find health scores

You can view health in several places within Catalyst:

  1. Current health module: Add this module to a account object-level layout. View health detail and trend for the current account.
  2. Field module: Add the Numeric Health Score field to a fields module on an object-level layout. Hover over these fields to view the health detail and trend.
  3. Segments: Filter segments, add columns for Health and Numeric Health Score, and and segment modules to home layouts. Hover over these fields to view the health detail and trend.
  4. Aggregates module: Display health break-down for all customers (Health, Neutral, At Risk) on a home or object-level layout. Click into the chart to see a list of accounts in each status.
