Get faster answers to your Catalyst questions using AI chatbot
Within your Catalyst instance, you'll now find an improved experience with the platform's support feature (? > Customer Support). Previously, the chatbot provided links to helpful articles. Now, the chatbot uses AI to review all suggested resources and respond with a contextual answer in chat. You can even upload screenshots for the chatbot to analyze as part of the conversation!
Considerations
- As always, you can still get in touch with the Catalyst Support team; simply type
"create ticket"
in the chat at anytime. The chatbot collects the details from the chat and includes them in the ticket. - Please be aware that some information may be subject to the occasional inaccuracies. For critical questions, please consult the team.
- To clear the conversation, click New Chat (plus icon) in upper, right corner.
