Send internal playbook emails
Ensure your team is never out of the loop when it comes to account updates and changes—with email notifications to internal team members! You can now add a user reference field to the "To" line of a playbook email to unlock the power of internal email notifications.
This option is currently available for the Accounts object only.
Use cases may include:
- Celebrate a closed won renewal
- Let your account team know when a customer has moved to at-risk
- Let your CSM know when they’ve been assigned a new account
- Let your account team now when a journey milestone is achieved
