Playbook Objectives
With Playbook Objectives, you can measure what is actually moving the needle for customers, by defining a target metric for each one of your processes. Double-down on what is working, iterate on what is not, and show ROI to your peers and leadership team.
- Understand the impact of each Playbook by measuring them against a defined objective.
- Track the objective at the Playbook and customer level to monitor and analyze performance.
Users Groups
Define user groups, then use them:
- in Layout Filters (e.g. 'filter this dashboard to show me Accounts owned Sales West team')
- in Segments (e.g. 'how show me all accounts owned by users in Mary's Team')
- in Playbooks (e.g. team-specific playbooks)
- and in Layout Permissions (e.g. lock down layout visibility by team)
Layout Permissions
Admins can configure who can see layouts - make them private, available for everyone, or lock down to individual users or groups.
- reduce layout sprawl by ensuring users only see what is relevant to them
- build layouts drafts in private, and share with groups for QA before publishing
- lock down sensitive views
