  • Track the objective at the Playbook and customer level to monitor and analyze performance.

Users Groups

Define user groups, then use them:

  • in Layout Filters (e.g. 'filter this dashboard to show me Accounts owned Sales West team')
  • in Segments (e.g. 'how show me all accounts owned by users in Mary's Team')
  • in Playbooks (e.g. team-specific playbooks)
  • and in Layout Permissions (e.g. lock down layout visibility by team)

Layout Permissions

Admins can configure who can see layouts - make them private, available for everyone, or lock down to individual users or groups. 

  • reduce layout sprawl by ensuring users only see what is relevant to them
  • build layouts drafts in private, and share with groups for QA before publishing

New Calculated Fields Formulas

  • LOOKUP fields will give users the ability to see Account Level data on the Opp, Contact, and Additional Object records.  For example, add Account Owner to associated Opportunities and filter segments. Compatible with CSV Export.
  • DAYS SINCE is now DURATION, and contains a DAYS UNTIL option.
