Usage reports allow you to monitor and analyze metrics related to your Catalyst users' platform usage. These insights help you better understand team productivity and adoption, enabling you to drive more efficient operations. Reports are provided in CSV format for automated or ad hoc delivery.

- Track how your team is adopting and leveraging Catalyst
- Ensure user compliance and adherence with internal processes
- Recognize and motivate team members based on their activity
Delivery considerations
- Reports are provided in CSV format via email.
- You can choose from the following delivery options: Ad hoc or Automatic.
- Report data includes activity prior to 12:00AM GMT of the current day.
Available reports
The following usage reports are available:

Download a report (send ad hoc)
Choose a report to send via email to a recipient. Recipient does not have to be a Catalyst user.
- From the Settings sidebar, navigate to Usage Reports.
- Select the check box next to the report(s) you want to send for download.
- Click Download.
- Enter the email address for the recipient, and click Send Report.
The requested file(s) are delivered to the recipient in a few minutes. Emails include one attachment (CSV) per requested report.
Schedule a report (send automatically)
Schedule reports to one or more recipients on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Recipients must be a Catalyst user. You can have one schedule per report.
- From the Settings sidebar, navigate to Usage Reports.
- Click inside the Send To or Schedule columns on the report you want to schedule, or click the Ellipses > Edit Send Schedule.
- Choose one or more Catalyst users as recipients (up to 10), and click Next.
You can edit schedules to add more recipients at any time. New recipients will be included in the next scheduled send, according to the Last Sent timestamp.
- Choose the delivery schedule (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), and click Next.
Recipients and delivery schedule appear next to the report.
The report is scheduled for delivery and will send according to the selected schedule:- Daily: Every 24 hours at 12am GMT
- Weekly: Every Monday at 12am GMT
- Monthly: 1st of the month at 12am GMT
