An account score refers to the final weighted value of all group scores. 

Account scoring

Catalyst applies the following scoring formula (example values from above):

1. Multiply each group score by the weight.
   • Goal attainment: 10 * 50% = 5
   • Engagement: 7.5 * 30% = 2.25
   • Maturity: 6 * 20% = 1.2
2. Sum all weighted group scores
   • Account score = 5 + 2.25 + 1.2 = 8.45 (rounded 8.5)

Most impactful field scoring

For each field in the health profile, Catalyst calculates an impact number (not shown). The field with the highest impact number is shown in a raspberry color. This indicator helps teams identify the input that is bringing the account score down the most. Focusing on improving this input would have the biggest impact on improving the account score.
