Health scoring (groups)

A group refers to a collection of one or more inputs that contribute to an account's score.

Catalyst applies a scoring formula based on the health profile settings at the group level, using one of these options:

Option 1: Average the inputs as the group score

After Catalyst scores each input, find the average of all inputs in the group.

Option 2: Use the highest input as the group score

After Catalyst scores each input, find the highest score of all the inputs in the group.

Option 3: Use the lowest input as the group score

After Catalyst scores each input, find the lowest score of all the inputs in the group.
