Marketing emails sent from Catalyst require you to include an unsubscribe option for recipients. If a recipient clicks to unsubscribe, Catalyst will exclude those email addresses from any future sends.
View unsubscribed users
Within Settings, you can keep track of users that have unsubscribed from marketing emails sent via playbooks.
- Navigate to Settings > Unsubscribed Users.
- Optionally search for a particular email address.
Undo an unsubscribe (resubscribe)
Users can resubscribe themselves from the original email with which they used to unsubscribe.
- Click the unsubscribe link from the original email.
- Toggle the Resubscribe option to Yes.
Alternatively, your team can resubscribe users on their behalf:
- Navigate to Settings > Unsubscribed Users.
- Locate the email address you want to resubscribe.
- Click the ellipses > Undo Unsubscribe.
The user will begin receiving marketing emails for qualifying playbooks going forward.
