  • Owner: Created by me
  • Status: Enabled, paused, disabled, draft

Review and sort workflow details

Within the list of workflows, you can view details for workflows. Admins have clear visibility into which participants are still in the workflows—to track progress and ensure all runs are completed before disabling.

Data Description Sortable
Workflow name Name of the workflow
Met objective

% of participants that met objective, calculated from time of entry to 30 days after exiting the workflow

This metric helps you determine if the workflow is working—the more participants meet the objectives, the more effective

Objective impact
Numeric-based objectives only

Measures % change of the metric, using average values across all participants with 3 different % change calculations:

  • From entry to 30 days post exit
  • From entry to exit
  • From exit to 30 days post exit

This metric tells you how much the objective's metric has been impacted, whether positively or negatively. You can point to your workflow and say, "This at-risk save play increased numeric health by 10%."
