Email and calendar integration

Enable Catalyst to sync your email and calendar events directly from your own Microsoft or Gmail inbox so that you can centralize visibility into customer engagements.

• Display emails and meetings: Using the engagement module, see a dedicated timeline that displays customer email communications and meetings. View emails between account contacts (matched by existing contacts or domain) and any authenticated Catalyst user, along with meeting details.
• Integrate automatically: Once your team has connected their email accounts (using Microsoft or Gmail), emails sync automatically. For example, emails sync every six hours and meetings sync approximately every 24 hours.
• Enhance customer insights: Instead of manually checking for email correspondence, view this information directly within your account layouts, making it easier to keep track of communications with your customers.
