Who can use this feature?
- All roles with access level "high"
- Available on all plans
Feature permissions allow administrators to manage who can access and configure application features. The policies are assigned based on user roles.
Administrators can access all application features and data, regardless of the permission configuration.
Supported feature permissions

| CSV Export | Decide who can export data from Catalyst |
| Template Creation | Decide who can create notes and task templates |
Define a feature permission
Only users who have access to the feature will be able to view the feature within the UI.
- Navigate to the Settings sidebar > Permissions.
- Click the Feature Permissions tab at the top.
- For each feature available, click to choose the desired access:
- Everyone
- Specific roles; choose one or more role(s) to apply
- Admins only
- Click Save.
