The playbook index page allows you to manage all playbooks in Catalyst.

Filter playbooks

Filter the list of playbooks by the following:

  • Owner: Created by
  • Status: Enabled, paused, disabled, draft
  • Type: Account, opportunity, contact, additional object

Review and sort playbook details

Within the list of playbooks, you can view details for playbooks. This visibility allows you to see participants are still in playbooksAdmins have clear visibility into which participants are still in the playbooks—to track progress and ensure all runs are completed before disabling.

This metric helps you determine if the playbook is working—the more participants meet the objectives, the more effective

Objective impact
Numeric-based objectives only

Measures % change of the metric, using average values across all participants with 3 different % change calculations:

  • From entry to 30 days post exit
  • From entry to exit
  • From exit to 30 days post exit

This metric tells you how much the objective's metric has been impacted, whether positively or negatively. You can point to your playbook and say, "This at-risk save play increased numeric health by 10%."
