Catalyst offers email integration with Microsoft or Google. In order for your team's to connect their Gmail accounts with Catalyst, Catalyst must be added as a trusted application for your organization (admins).
Catalyst uses Nylas as a trusted vendor to connect with your Google Services. Nylas is both SOC2 and ISO certified; find more details here: nylas.com/security
Add Catalyst as a trusted app (admins)
Coordinate with your company's Google Workspace admin to perform these steps.
- Navigate to https://admin.google.com/ac/owl/list?tab=configuredApps.
- Click Add app > OAuth App Name or Client ID.
- Search for the Catalyst app using the client_id:

- From the App access options, choose Trusted access (see below for scopes), and then click Configure.
Catalyst Email and Calendar should now appear as a configured app.
AppGoogle scope explanation
While we ask for trusted access, the Catalyst app has a limited scope set. The following scopes are requested when authenticating the Catalyst Google application to connect to Nylas. These are the only scopes available; Nylas, nor Catalyst, has access to services or data outside of these requested scopes.
